Return & Exchange Procedure

At Virsaah, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally a return or exchange may be necessary.

You can apply for an Exchange within 7 days of your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will gladly process an exchange maximum within 5 days of receiving the returned goods.

• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchange

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached for an exchange to be acceptable.

NOTE: Buyer himself will send the parcel in its intact form. Buyer pays the return courier charges.

Exchange Procedure

• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and meet the eligibility criteria, we offer a refund of the purchase amount.
• Please note that a 20% deduction will be applied to the total refund amount to cover restocking and administrative fees.
